Let’s build your first Creator Intelligence report.
Prism analyzes the videos you’ve already posted and hands back a clear picture of what’s working — your strongest hooks, your top and bottom posts, and what’s actually earning saves. This guide walks you from your access key to that report. It takes about ten minutes, and most of that is us doing the analysis.
Your access key
A one-time key that looks like pk_a1b2c3…. It signs you in — treat it like a password and don’t share it.
Your sign-in link
Opens your workspace in the browser. Bookmark it — it’s how you’ll get back to your report anytime.
The five steps
Follow them top to bottom. Each one shows you the screen you’ll land on, so there are no surprises.
Open & sign in
Open your link and paste your key
Click your sign-in link. A sign-in box appears — paste your access key into the field and hit Sign In. That’s the only key entry you’ll do; your browser remembers it after that.
Find your account
Open your account and choose “Connect Analytics”
You’ll land in your workspace. Open Accounts and click your account to open it. In the top-right of that page you’ll see a Connect Analytics button — click it. (Once you’re connected, this same button becomes Intelligence and takes you to your report.)
Link your social
Connect the platform you post on
Click Connect via Prism Sync. A secure pop-up opens (that’s Prism Sync, our secure connection — powered by a trusted data partner) where you pick your platform and log in to authorize read access to your public content.
- Connect the account where most of your videos live — that’s what gets analyzed.
- We only read your public posts and their stats. We never post, and never see your password.

Let it work — this is the ~5-minute part
The moment you connect, you’re taken to a Processing screen with a live progress bar counting your posts as it analyzes each one. This is where the real work happens: pulling your videos, transcribing them, and scoring them.
A blank-ish few minutes here is normal — don’t refresh or close the tab.
It usually takes about five minutes (a little longer for large YouTube libraries). The bar moves as posts are processed, and the moment it finishes it takes you straight to your report — you don’t have to do anything.

You’re in
Your Creator Intelligence report
When analysis finishes you’re dropped straight onto your report. It’s organized into tabs — Report (the overview), Hooks, Topics, and Lift. Start on Report: your overall score, your winning hook, and your top & bottom posts ranked by save rate.
Brand-new or only a few posts analyzed? You’ll see a friendly “seeded from onboarding” note — the report fills in richer as more of your content flows through.
If something looks off
That’s normal for the analysis step — larger libraries take longer. As long as you’re on the Processing screen, it’s working. Keep the tab open.
Occasionally the fetch hiccups. A Retry Analysis button appears right on that screen — click it once and it kicks off again.
The analysis may still be finishing in the background. Give it a few more minutes, then reopen your account and click Intelligence. If it’s been much longer, use Connect Analytics again to re-run it.
Double-check you pasted the whole key with no stray spaces. If it still won’t take, reply to your invite and we’ll re-issue one — keys can be revoked and replaced in seconds.
